• Head to the capital Scarborough on Fridays for the market. See the locals buy their vegetables, fruit, fish and meat for the week and pick up some keepsakes to rmeind you of your stay.
• Eat with the locals at Store Bay where you will find the best cooks on the island serving up delicacies from their beach front huts. A local speciality are the carb and flour dumplings served in a thick coconut and curry sauce.
• Chill out on an evening listening to the sounds of the steel drums whilst sipping on an ice cold rum cocktail in one of the bars close to the Bocca Beach. For nightlife a little more upbeat drinking and dancing venues can be found in Crown Point, there are even a few cafés with casinos.
